Chef-Prepared Meals That Aren’t Your Usual Dive Resort Fare
Guests on meal plans will enjoy their meals served in our newly remodeled Birds of Paradise dining room with ample seating for large and small groups – and individuals – all at the same time. A new community table makes it easy for individuals or couples traveling alone to meet new friends. For al fresco dining, a new screened outdoor pavillion is also available.
We generally offer package options for breakfast and dinner, or breakfast, lunch, and dinner plans. These chef-prepared, multi-course meals are also available to all guests on a pay-per-meal basis.
Breakfast consists of a variety of breads and pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt, hot entrées, and eggs cooked to order. Lunches include a daily soup and salad selection, meats, cheeses, breads, condiments for sandwiches, hot entrées, and light desserts. Complimentary beverages include coffee, tea, and fruit punch, with milk and fruit juices offered at breakfast.

Themed Dinners Make Every Evening Different
Dinners have a different theme every evening, featuring new and delicious soups, appetizers, salads, vegetables, starches, and hot entrées. Most nights also feature some type of specialty carving station. And there’s always a selection of fabulous desserts to top off a great meal. Coffee, tea, and fruit punch are complimentary.
The new dining room also has an indoor bar for enjoying cocktails before dinner or espressos, lattes, or other specialty coffees after dessert. The bar is generally only open during dinner hours.
We Accommodate Your Special Dietary Needs
We’re also able to comply with guests’ special dietary needs. We just ask for at least 30-day advance notice prior to arrival to ensure that we’re able to stock the foods you can eat.
Beach Nuts Bar Is Open for Beverages and Light Meals
On certain nights, we have fun games like bingo and trivia—for prizes and bragging rights among your friends.
Why not search the beach for a piece of driftwood and get some paint at the bar to create your own “I was here” sign to add to our growing collection on the bar walls and ceiling?
Friday night karaoke night is a favorite for guests and islander’s alike. Come out to show off your talent—or just to show off.
